can result in termination of your account. Behaviors that will not be tolerated
include, but are not limited to, profanity, insults, harassment, and any behaviors
that can be considered cheating. As a general rule, be nice to other members and
don't try to take advantage of anyone.
You may not do anything that could harm this site, harm the owners or
users of this site, or interfere with the operation of the site in any way.
Mastermind Football provides advertising on its site for third parties. However,
Mastermind Football is not responsible for the content of the ads and does not
guarantee the quality of the services and products advertised. You are responsible
for doing your own due diligence prior to entering into any monetary exchanges with
any third parties.
We encourage members of Mastermind Football to invite others to sign up, but
you are explicitly forbidden to advertise Mastermind Football using spam. Spam, as
referred to here, includes sending inappropriate emails, posting inappropriate material
on web sites blatantly advertising Mastermind Football, and other similar activities.
Your account can be terminated if you use such tactics. So please recommend Mastermind
Football to others, but do it respectfully. The success of Mastermind Football
depends, in part, on maintaining a respectable reputation. Everyone involved in
Mastermind Football benefits if everyone complies with these terms.
Mastermind Football reserves the right to terminate your account at any time
for any reason. We would never do it without good reason, but if you violate the
TOS or your conduct is determined to be disrespectful or unprofessional, your
account could be terminated. If your account is inactive for a long time, then it
may be suspended or deleted.
All of the players and coaches in Mastermind Football are fictional and are not
intended to represent any real people. Any similarity between the names of players
and coaches in Mastermind Football and those of real people are purely coincidental.
